Hi, I’m Sølvi Anita Eikemo, an experienced graphic designer.
I’ve worked in the graphic design field for 25 years. After graduating from the University of Central England in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, I have worked for companies in London, Oslo and Ålesund as well as running my own business.
I enjoy working with all kinds of clients from startups to big corporations, organisations and foundations. For me, good design is about understanding not just the visual side, but also the goals behind each project. That’s why I like working closely with clients, content providers and technical teams, making sure the final result is both visually stunning, easy to use and get the message across.
For the past five years, I’ve been working remotely for a company in Oslo, communicating with other team members threw video calls and cloud-based platforms and applications. This enabled us to efficiently coordinate, manage projects, and work on shared documents and files regardless of my location.

Designer and co-founder of a small design and development studio, focusing on UX/UI design and web developement, cybersecurity, branding, print design and exhibition design.

Started as a full-time freelancer and later as a full-time employee for Aschehoug, one of the largest independent publishing companies in Norway. Worked on various product teams to develop engaging digital educational content for primary-, secondary- and high school students. Worked remotely, coördinating daily with editors and content producers.

Responsible for UX/UI design for various clients, also involved in developing brand identities and designing print materials.

Responsible for UX/UI design of websites for big corporations and organisations like Hafslund, Norsk Tipping, AF Gruppen, Folketrygdfondet, Statens Pensjonskasse . Worked in close relations with the web development team.

Worked as a 2D background artist on the production of Pongwiffy, an animated sitcom for children, broadcasted on ITV and Télétoon. Total production of 26 episodes.
